Responsibilities
  • Learn to develop, characterize and optimize processes for production.
  • Learn & assist Engineer for yield improvement, cost reduction and cycle time reduction.
  • Learn & participate to resolve all technical and quality issues.
  • Learn to deploy statistical techniques for process yield improvement and review Statistical Process Control (SPC) chart.
  • Assist Engineer to develop new processes, improving and simplifying existing processes.
  • Asist to perform equipment’s capability study and process evaluation.
  • Learn to participate in disposition of discrepant materials.
  • Any other duties assigned by superior from time to time.
Requirements
  • Students pursuing bachelor’s degree in Material Engineering/Mechanical/Chemical engineering or equivalent.
  • Min. GPA of 3.0
  • Proactive, keen to learn & grow, fast learner.
  • Good communication skills in both verbal & written English
  • Basic knowledge in engineering software
  • Possess own transport.
