IT Executive (ERP)

Essential Function:

Responsible for daily operation to administer, support and maintain IT related infrastructure to ensure effective and continuous operations.

Responsibilities

Undertake and recommend IT operational procedures and security policies ensuring compliance with standard and best practices
Ensure efficiency in PC Software, ERP, hardware support, and availability of network infrastructure for WAN and LAN communication within the companies.
Monitor, identify and resolve technical problems, and administer IT related hardware/software problems to meet users’ expectations.
Maintain all IT related inventory and software licensing control
Maintain appropriate technical documentation , system manuals, and procedure
Supervise and work with vendors to ensure projects are implemented as per specification and on time.

Requirements

Degree in Information Technology or its equivalent
Good interpersonal and communication skills and able to manage user of different levels.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
