Production Supervisor
Essential Function:
  • Train, coach and monitor operators’ performance when needed.
  • Able to operate the machine solely to meet quantity and quality.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure 5S and safety regulations are followed & maintained.
  • Coordinate day-to-day activities in production line.
  • Ensure timely corrective action for machine break down.
  • Ensure proper labelling on the line.
  • Ensure all the operators meet their output and quality as per target given.
  • Ensure all equipment are calibrated before use.
  • To solve operators issue time to time (counselling, absenteeism, discipline).
  • To do training to operators and update attendance list.
  • Implement and maintain rules and regulation at their own department.
  • Ensure all the documents fill up and filing properly.
  • Responsible to take lead on stock count and equipment controlling.
  • Provide leadership and assistance in manufacturing function.
  • Ensure manpower and machine fully utilized.
  • Liaise with Engineering on problem solving.
  • Follow up MC issues.
  • Do production planning.
  • Any other duties assigned by superior from time to time
Requirements
  • At least 2 years experiences of production supervisor in manufacturing field.
  • Possess strong leadership personality, able to train and motivate employees, problem solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Can work independently with strong positive and continuous improvement working attitude.
  • Able to work in rotating shift, 12 hours shift pattern.
  • Have basic knowledge of computer skills such as Microsoft Office.
